Return Policy

We strive to meet and exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at store@wceps.org to inquire about a refund, credit or exchange. The following information is needed to process a return:

  • Order number
  • Items being returned
  • Quantity of each item being returned
  • Reason for return

We are happy to accept a return if you no longer need the item(s) you ordered, but Returns/Refunds are subject to the following terms:

  • All returns/refunds must occur within 60 days of the original purchase date.
  • Materials must be clean, unused, and undamaged, in sets or packages as originally purchased.
  • We reserve the right to not accept a return.
  • Authorization for returns must be approved by WCEPS.

Please note that the refund will not include the original shipping charge or the cost to return the item. In addition, the return will also be subject to a 5% restocking fee that will be deducted from the final refund amount.

WCEPS will issue a return label to you via email once the item (s) and quantity of return is confirmed.

WCEPS provides full customer support for all products and services. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, we recommend emailing us at store@wceps.org. This will result in a faster response. You may also call 877-272-5593 but a response may be delayed.
