Shipping and handling fees will automatically be added to your order during checkout unless your order exceeds the amounts shown below. Rates are calculated based on shipping location and product subtotal, prior to any discounts.
Orders usually ship the same day or next day once payment is received. If you need to make any changes to your order please email us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Your order will ship once we receive payment. Once your order is processed you can expect to receive your items within 2-7 business days.
Orders are shipped to the shipping address included when you place your order online. If ordering by purchase order and the shipping address on your purchase order is different from the shipping address entered on the online order, we will use the address entered when the order is placed online. If you need the shipping address updated please notify us as soon as possible.
The United States domestic shipping and handling rates to the contiguous 48 states break down as follows:
All domestic orders over $9,000 will be manually quoted by a WCEPS representative.
All orders with physical items being shipped to locations outside of the United States must be quoted. WCEPS will provide shipping options to customer within 1-3 business days. Shipping estimates are valid for seven (7) days.
Shipping and handling charges paid to WCEPS do not cover any customs or disbursement fees.
Customs fees: any fees issued by the receiving country is the responsibility of the end customer.

Disbursement fees: any fees charged by the local courier is the responsibility of the end customer.
A contact name, phone number, email address and Tax ID number is required for all international shipments.
International orders will ship when payment is received. Shipping times for international shipments are more difficult to estimate. Most shipments may take three days - two weeks. We do our best to ensure there are no issues once your shipment arrives at customs in your country but, once the shipment leaves the US, we are no longer responsible for the shipment.
