Shipping and handling fees will automatically be added to your order during checkout unless your order exceeds the amounts shown below. Rates are calculated based on shipping location and product subtotal, prior to any discounts.
Orders usually ship the same day or next day once payment is received. If you need to make any changes to your order please email us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Your order will ship once we receive payment. Once your order is processed you can expect to receive your items within 2-7 business days.
Orders are shipped to the shipping address included when you place your order online. If ordering by purchase order and the shipping address on your purchase order is different from the shipping address entered on the online order, we will use the address entered when the order is placed online. If you need the shipping address updated please notify us as soon as possible.

All domestic orders over $9,000 will be manually quoted by a WCEPS representative.
A contact name, phone number, email address and Tax ID number (if applicable) is required for all international shipments. Shipping rates may vary and will be applied once the shipping address is provided.

Customs Fees, Duties, and Import Taxes:
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, disbursement fees, or other fees that may be imposed by their country's customs authority upon the arrival of the shipment. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping costs paid at checkout.
Shipper Responsibility:
We do not collect or pay any customs fees or taxes on your behalf. The shipping carrier may request payment of these fees prior to or upon delivery. Refusal to pay any applicable fees may result in the package being returned, delayed, or disposed of by the customs authority, and we are not liable for any such outcomes.
